Terms of Service

These terms are a draft for the WhaOne software service. They are not legal advice and do not name a company registration number or registered office that has not been provided. Last updated 17 September 2026.

1. The service

WhaOne provides a web workspace for WhatsApp business communication, including inbox, contacts, teams, templates, campaigns, automations, and related operations. WhaOne connects workspaces to WhatsApp using Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform. WhaOne is an independent software platform and is not WhatsApp or Meta.

2. Accounts and workspaces

You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials confidential. Each workspace is intended for one business organization. You are responsible for the people you invite and for the actions taken with their roles.

3. WhatsApp and Meta rules

You must comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business terms, commerce and messaging policies, and applicable law. You are responsible for obtaining any required customer consent before sending WhatsApp messages. You connect your own Meta business, WhatsApp Business Account, and phone number. WhaOne does not own those assets.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use WhaOne to operate unofficial WhatsApp clients, scrape WhatsApp Web, bypass WhatsApp restrictions, send spam, or attempt to access another tenant's data. You may not probe, overload, or reverse engineer the service except as allowed by law.

5. Customer content

You retain rights in the content you submit to a workspace. You grant WhaOne a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the service for your organization, including sending and receiving WhatsApp traffic through Meta when you have connected a live Cloud API workspace.

6. Availability and changes

The service may change as features are added or limited. Some capabilities described as coming soon are not included. Pricing is not a published commercial offer on this website and may vary as plans are finalized. No uptime percentage is promised in these draft terms.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided as available. WhaOne does not warrant that Meta will approve templates, that WhatsApp messages will be delivered, or that a connected phone number will remain in good standing with Meta. To the extent permitted by applicable law, WhaOne is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses caused by Meta, your configuration, or your messaging content.

8. Suspension and termination

WhaOne may suspend a workspace that violates these terms, applicable law, or Meta policies, or that threatens the security of other tenants. You may stop using the service and request deletion as described on the Data Deletion page.

9. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent through the Contact page. Governing law is the law that applies to the operator of the WhaOne deployment you use; this draft does not invent a jurisdiction.
